Very flexible. Guerilla Steel’s panel system is designed so you can start with a single bay and add more bays or adjoining areas later, rather than rebuilding the original stable. The panels are fully welded, then connected to each other at the corners and between adjoining bays. If future expansion is likely, it is worth planning the orientation, access and end wall position from the start. When you are ready to extend, the end panel can be removed and additional panels added to continue the stable run. Future additions can also include areas such as tack rooms, feed areas or wash bays, depending on the space available and how you want the property to work.

Yes. Additional bays can be incorporated into the same modular panel system for stables, tack rooms or open livestock areas, depending on the layout you need. Guerilla Steel panels are fully welded units that connect together to form larger multi bay runs. If the existing ply has weathered over time, the black ply inserts can be replaced or repainted so the older and newer sections present more consistently.

There is no standard maximum number of bays. The modular panel system can be configured from a single stable through to larger multi bay runs. The practical limit comes down to your available site space, access and the overall layout you need. If you are planning a larger run, it is worth thinking through future expansion from the beginning so additional bays can be added in the right direction.

Prefabricated panels have four insert sections, which can be configured with black ply, steel mesh, or a combination of both. The standard setup is black ply in the lower two sections with steel mesh above, but you can change the mix to suit the stable. Options range from full ply through to three ply sections with one mesh section, or other combinations as needed. Dual gate access panels can also be arranged.

Yes. The modular panel system means larger stable setups can be dismantled, transported and reassembled at another property. Even when the stable has been anchored to a slab, the fixings can be removed so the panels can be relocated. This makes the system more flexible than a permanently built structure and can also help retain resale or relocation value if your property needs change
