Shed Stable Retrofit.

It depends on how much of the existing shed you are using. With a complete four panel bay, the stable can usually be fixed directly to a concrete slab with Dynabolts. For two or three panel bays, where the shed wall forms part of the stable, we recommend reinforcing the wall with ply where needed. Panels can be fixed to existing posts or walls. Attachment options include steel plates, angle brackets and tek screws or attached with welds. For securing windows and other openings we offer custom fabricated bars or bracing.

Where the shed dimensions are unusual, custom frame lengths can be fabricated to fit within or around the existing structure.

Yes. Additional bays can be incorporated into the same modular panel system for stables, tack rooms or open livestock areas, depending on the layout you need. Guerilla Steel panels are fully welded units that connect together to form larger multi bay runs. If the existing ply has weathered over time, the black ply inserts can be replaced or repainted so the older and newer sections present more consistently.

Prefabricated panels have four insert sections, which can be configured with black ply, steel mesh, or a combination of both. The standard setup is black ply in the lower two sections with steel mesh above, but you can change the mix to suit the stable. Options range from full ply through to three ply sections with one mesh section, or other combinations as needed. Dual gate access panels can also be arranged.

Yes. Gate and door upgrades include Yoke gates, Dutch gates, full height gates and sliding anti rearing gates. Gates can also be widened, fitted with mesh to the upper section, or built with recessed latches. We can also design front panels with features such as a built in feed hatch.
