The owners wanted a practical stable system that would work immediately for their horses and smaller livestock without limiting future expansion. Rather than building more than they needed, they started with four connected 4m × 4m bays that could be extended as the property developed.

Installed directly onto prepared grass, the project avoided the cost and disruption of a concrete slab while still providing a strong, permanent working stable. The modular layout means additional bays, a tack room or feed storage can all be added later using the same structural system rather than replacing what has already been built.
