This build featured our biggest roof to date. A fully welded standalone stable system complete with a rear gutter rail for controlled rain runoff and future water capture.
Built for durability and airflow, the design uses our signature mesh-top panels and form-ply kickboards, delivering safe, weather-ready coverage in a quiet, open setting.
Installed on compacted ground, it’s slab-ready for a future concrete tie-in, and the oversized roofline provides all-weather protection for horses and handlers alike.

Engineered Large Roof Span
The extended roof span provides exceptional coverage and structural rigidity, engineered for Queensland weather conditions. Integrated gutters along the rear edge ensure efficient rainwater management and a clean roofline finish.
Fully Welded Steel Frame
Constructed with Australian RHS galvanised steel, the frame is fully welded for long-term durability. Mesh-top panels promote ventilation, while 17mm form ply kickboards offer solid protection from impact and moisture.
Smart Airflow and Weather Control
The combination of open mesh, roof overhangs, and enclosed ply panels keeps the interior light, dry, and calm. Horses stay comfortable year-round with balanced airflow and protection from wind and rain.
Portable and Slab-Ready Design

Precision Manufacturing
Each stable is fabricated in the Guerrilla Steel workshop using Australian RHS steel framing, welded panels, and durable roofing materials. Manufacturing in a controlled environment ensures consistency, strength, and long service life.
Delivery & Installation
Modular panels are delivered ready for assembly. Many customers install the system themselves using the DIY friendly flat-pack design, while others choose professional installation. Either way, the modular system keeps the build straightforward and predictable.
Ownership & Maintenance
