Grooming Wash Bay – Standard End Adjoining
Tack & Utility Add On
The Standard End Adjoining Grooming Wash Bay adds a dedicated work area to the end of a compatible Guerilla Steel stable run. It shares the adjoining stable wall, with an open front for access and cattle rail panels that maintain airflow and visibility.
- Nominal bay size: 4m × 4m, approximately 16m² internally
- Overall dimensions: 4050mm long × 4100mm deep × 2400mm high
- Frame: Galvanised steel, using 50×50mm and 50×100mm RHS
- Panel configuration: Three-rail cattle rail
- Entry: Reinforced 4m open front
- Roof: Flat roofing with a 900mm front overhang, 100mm rear overhang and flush sides.
Designed for adjoining installation using a compatible existing stable wall. Floor preparation, drainage and water supply are arranged separately.

The Guerilla Steel range works as one modular system. You can add bays, tack rooms or wash areas anytime without rebuilding the original stable. Front/rear and end/dividing panels are interchangeable across our stables and shelters, making it easy to reconfigure your layout or add more bays later.
If you’re likely to expand, plan the orientation, access and available space from the start.
There is no standard maximum number of bays. The modular panel system can be configured from a single stable through to larger multi bay runs. The practical limit comes down to your available site space, access and the overall layout you need. If you are planning a larger run, it is worth thinking through future expansion from the beginning so additional bays can be added in the right direction.
