Two adjoining 4 × 5 m modular stables for Figtree Thoroughbreds, built for mare-and-foal handling and recovery.
Installed in seven hours, welded for strength with slab-ready anchors.

Two adjoining 4 × 5 m modular horse stables delivered and installed for Figtree Thoroughbreds in just seven hours.
Designed for mares, foals, and injury recovery, the setup balances airflow, safety, and structural strength in a portable system.
Each bay features welded steel frames, mesh-top ventilation, and ply kickboards for impact protection.
Just a Monday Morning Kind of Day – Two adjoining 4 m × 5 m × 2.5 m bays supplied and installed in just seven hours, a clean, efficient build for Figtree Thoroughbreds.
These modular stables were designed as flexible mare-and-foal or injury-recovery spaces, balancing size, airflow, and strength for daily use in Queensland’s climate.
The Guerilla Crew completed full delivery and assembly on-site, tying in each welded bay seamlessly with the compacted road-base footing. A smooth, no-nonsense install that shows what can be achieved in a single day when precision fabrication meets professional coordination.
From truck arrival to final gate swing, all done in one working day.
Pre-welded panels and clear access meant minimal ground prep and zero site delays.
The result: two heavy-duty bays up and operational before sunset.
The larger 4-metre depth gives extra room for foaling, recovery, or handling nervous horses.
Safe tie points, clean airflow through the mesh tops, and full visibility make daily management calmer and safer.
Each bay features a welded frame with lower ply kickboards and open mesh panels.
It keeps air moving and horses visible, ideal for monitoring mares and foals or confined horses in recovery.
Enter/exit from paddock or yard. Front gate for main access, rear for quick paddock release, speeds handling, cuts turnaround time, and fits tight rural layouts perfectly.
Sloped Colorbond sheeting sheds rain fast while protecting gates and walls, keeps the interior bone-dry even in downpours, with 2.5 m clearance inside.
Dual gates let you lead horses straight to/from paddocks without swinging around the structure, essential for training, farriers or multiple daily moves.
Front/rear entry maximises every square metre, ideal when your yard layout pins the stable against fences or sheds, no backtracking needed.
Overhangs and gates allow hosing/mucking from outside, choose this when horses need secure shelter but you hate wet gear or mud tracking indoors.
Add Rear Roof Overhang, and weld a narrow lockable panel to the back wall for bridles/feed. Uses dead space for gear storage, keeps it dry, and accesses via the rear.
Bolt on frame extension with mesh sides, creates covered wash/tie area upfront, shares the existing pitch for seamless rain protection.
Swap for half-height yokes with self-close, enhances control for solo handling, matches the dual-access flow for even smoother twice-the-entry efficiency.
