This acreage property owner needed a no-fuss, all-weather stable for a retired mare, low-maintenance, strong, and fit for QLD conditions. They already had a flat slab-ready site, making this project fast to install.
We delivered a fully-welded, 2.5 metre-high single bay unit built from Aussie steel. Ventilated mesh panels on top provide airflow, while full-height ply kickboards protect the bottom half. A corrugated roof with overhang shields the interior from sun and rain.
Because the property is exposed and often windy, the client added full anchoring into their slab for maximum stability. The result? A steel horse stable that’s cool in summer, safe in storms, and built to take a kicking.
