This 4m x 4m (16m²) custom pet enclosure was designed as a freestanding, multi-purpose animal pen for a rural property needing secure containment without permanent construction. Built using a galvanised RHS steel frame with heavy-duty mesh and black ply panels, it delivers long-term durability while remaining easy to relocate if property layouts change.
Unlike lightweight temporary pens, this unit is engineered with the same structural standards as our stable systems — just scaled for dogs, goats, poultry or mixed livestock use. The open yet secure design maintains airflow, visibility, and animal comfort, while the modular layout allows repositioning or expansion as needs evolve.

Add partial roofing or shade mesh cover.
Install a corrugated roof panel or tensioned shade mesh across part or all of the 4m span, provides weather protection for dogs or birds while maintaining airflow, ideal for hot QLD climates.
Upgrade panel infill for aviary or small animal use.
Swap standard mesh for fine-gauge wire or enclosed panel sections, prevents escape of smaller animals and improves predator protection, especially useful for poultry or aviary setups.
Add an internal divider or double-door entry system.
Install a central partition to separate animals, or create a small airlock-style entry zone to reduce escape risk — practical for multi-dog households or bird enclosures.

Each stable is fabricated in the Guerrilla Steel workshop using Australian RHS steel framing, welded panels, and durable roofing materials. Manufacturing in a controlled environment ensures consistency, strength, and long service life.
Delivery & Installation
Modular panels are delivered ready for assembly. Many customers install the system themselves using the DIY friendly flat-pack design, while others choose professional installation. Either way, the modular system keeps the build straightforward and predictable.
Ownership & Maintenance
