When the client reached out, their horse was in emergency boarding care at $2,500 per night. They needed a safe, secure indoor stall fast, something that could be built inside their existing shed without demolition, delays, or wasted cost.

Within three days, our team delivered a full retrofit stable install, using custom vertical bar panels and form-ply kickboards tied into the shed’s steel and timber framing. The retrofit approach turned an empty shed bay into a fully functional, vet-grade recovery stall, giving the horse a safe place to come home to and the owners a huge relief.
